Thank you for shopping with Knowledge Apparel. Because our store operates on a custom, print-on-demand fulfillment model, our return and exchange guidelines are structured differently than traditional retail stores. Please read our policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Standard Returns & Exchanges

Because every single item on our website is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

We kindly ask that you review our sizing charts carefully on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will happily send you a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

• Time Limit: You must report the issue within 30 days of your product's delivery date.

• How to Report: Please email us at hello@knowledgeapparel.shop. You must include your order number and a clear, high-quality photo showing the damage or printing defect.

Once our fulfillment team reviews and verifies the issue, we will immediately process and ship your free replacement.

3. Do Not Mail Items Back Automatically

Please do not mail any packages back to our primary business address. Knowledge Apparel utilizes automated fulfillment centers to process orders. All replacements must be approved via email first. If a physical return is deemed necessary by our team, we will provide you with the correct fulfillment center return address via email.

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us at hello@knowledgeapparel.shop no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our shipping carriers to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment for you.
